Thanks to Eason20000, now I'm able to use a music composing software which named XGworks. As you can see, I'm typing English here. That's because the XGworks he gave me only works under Japanese environment. So I have to install the Japanese version of Windows, which doesn't include any input method for Chinese.
(I theoretically can input Chinese by using the handwriting feature from Japanese input method, but that's too slow. e.g. because i have to use touchpad and mouse, 我写字像在打OSU)
